Employee Referral Program
Hunter Green’s Employee Referral Program provides a financial incentive for existing employees to refer qualified external candidates that are hired for permanent positions.
All Hunter Green employees, by following the existing standard procedures are eligible except Sales, Recruiting, Corporate Human Resources employees and Department level HR/Personnel staff.
Only external candidates are eligible for consideration. Temporary workers and independent contractors on assignment to Hunter Green are considered internal. Former Hunter Green employees or independent contractors are eligible if it has been more than six months since their break in service with Hunter Green.
External candidates who have previously applied and are in an active status in the Hunter Green applicant tracking system may be eligible if they are referred for a specific position(s). Recruited resumes obtained either via job fairs or advertisements are not eligible.
Referrals will be honored for six months from the original referral date.
A $1000 bonus will be paid to eligible employees after 3 months of hiring the referred applicant when the following criteria have been met:
Referring Hunter Green employee must be employed at time of referral and time of payments. Referred applicant must also be employed by Hunter Green at time of payments.
Employees must follow the described procedures to submit a referral for an open position to be eligible for the program. The resume needs to be submitted to the HR department at cv at hunter-green.com
Employees participating in the program should be aware that referral bonuses are considered income and may be subject to appropriate taxes. Human Resources will initiate the bonus payment process after an eligible referred candidate has been hired and has been employed for the required amount of time.
Hunter Green’s Human Resource department reserves the right to interpret, suspend, alter, revoke or terminate this program in its entirety or any portion thereof at any time. Senior Software Engineer (NY, NY) IT company: Bach+ 5 yrs exp/ Master’s + 6 months exp (Comp Sci, Engg, Bus. Admin Math, MIS or Science ) Dev, create and modify general computer applications software specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and dev software solutions. Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. May analyze & design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team using UML, Rational Rose, EJB, Architecture and Java. Travel may be required to client sites.
